MERCHANDISE SHIPMENTS

If you have placed a merchandise order with our online store, please note the following:

Items are generally shipped to you within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an Email Order Confirmation to the email address you provided us during Store Checkout. You will also receive a 2nd email detailing your shipment information including a tracking number for your package once it has been shipped. If you have questions about your shipped package please send your inquiry by email to: customerservice@ cartoonys.com

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customized products are NOT returnable. To return other merchandise purchased at the Cartoonys.com online store please note the following: We understand that every now and then you buy something that doesn't quite work. No worries! We're here to help. Our staff is committed to keeping you happy. Simply send the UNUSED item(s) back for an exchange or refund. For a copy of our return form please contact Fred Lasswell, Inc. by email at: customerservice@cartoonys.com.

In order to receive exchanges or refunds, the UNUSED ITEMS must have all of the original tags on them and packaging must be post-marked to us within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from Cartoonys.com’s online store. Be sure to complete our return form with a detailed explanation for the reason of the return and specify what you would like done about the return (i.e. different size, different color, full refund, etc.). Make sure you include your return address, e-mail address and phone number in case there are any questions we may have about the original purchase or reason for return.

REFUND POLICY

Expect your refund or exchange within five (5) to fourteen (14) business days from the date we receive the returned item(s). If we do not have the item(s) you wish to exchange in stock you will be notified by email.
